PROJECT BRIEF
This home has been designed to both flow with the existing topography, and grow with future use.
Our intent was to create a dwelling that did not try to overpower the landscape, yet surprised users as they move through it: the house presents a relatively austere, single storey facade to the street, but as the slope falls away, the house raises itself to capture ever expanding views of Mt Currie and the surrounding Fitzsimmons Range.
Super high efficiency wall assemblies and durable materials shield the house from the extremes of the seasons, and large windows open to epic views and light.
